There will be 2 Giant Speed Networking Sessions at 9:30am and 3pm Bring your business cards and be prepared to make new contacts! You can pre-register for your session choice to the right… The Small Business Presentations & Speed Networking Sessions are FREE.
To pre-register for any of the presentations listed below, let us know which presentations you will be attending & at what time. Fill out the registration form as well. At the show, please check in for the speed networking session or presentation at least 10 minutes before the start of the speed networking session or presentation.

Adam Rombel, the managing editor of The Central New York Business Journal, will offer practical tips for getting the news out about your business. Attendees will gain an understanding of what types of news The Business Journal looks for and reports.
Panel of successful entrepreneurs
This is an opportunity to hear how four entrepreneurs started out and became successful –the panel will include developer Bob Doucette, Vicki Brackens with Brackens Financial, Jeff Knauss of Digital Hive and Jackie Wilson with the American Fashion Network. There’ll be a question & answer period, too. The moderator will be Matt Mulcahy of CNY Central.
Jimmer Szatkowski, owner/operator of Chick-fil-A
Jimmer brought the first Chick-fil-A to Central New York, located in Cicero. Jimmer was an executive at IBM for over 20 years. He was living in Raleigh, North Carolina and decided he wanted to do something different. You can hear Jimmer tell his story on how he became a franchise owner and the success that Chick-fil-A is having in Central New York. Plus he will share how important it is for a business to play their part in the community. Jimmer is a SUNY Potsdam/Clarkson University graduate and is happy to be back in New York. There will be a question & answer period as well.
